Aiper India treats any individual below 18 years of age as a child, in line with the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023. We do not knowingly process a child’s personal data without verifiable consent from a parent or lawful guardian, obtained through the consent mechanism made available on the Website or App. If we learn that a child’s personal data has been collected without such consent, we will take steps to delete it.
Regardless of consent, we do not undertake tracking or behavioural monitoring of children, and we do not direct targeted advertising at children.

Privacy grievances will be handled in accordance with applicable law and our internal grievance process.

This Policy is governed by the laws of India. Subject to applicable law, the courts at Ahmedabad, India shall have exclusive jurisdiction over any disputes arising out of or in connection with this Policy.
